Canyon Springs Information (formerly Tahoe
Boca)
The DEIR (Draft Environmental Impact Report) has not been released. The Town of Truckee has sent it back twice with comments to Quad Knopf. When the draft is released the Town will host a community forum to answer questions and provide up to date information.
To date, the density still remains at 213, which includes affordable housing.

Knight's Crossing Information
The Knights Crossing neighborhood commercial project was approved by the Town of Truckee Planning Commission in January, 2007. Density, parcel split, site design were eventually addressed by the developer to the satisfaction of the planning commission and endorsed by the Association.
The parcel split into four separate parcels, was a huge concern of the Association, and it was eventually dropped by the developer. Now that the project has been approved the developer is applying to the Town to create four separate parcels. This request to do a parcel split must be heard and approved by the Planning Commission.
At this time the Association still opposes the parcel subdivide.
Sierra Bluffs Information (formerly The Bluffs)
The project was approved in January of 2006. The infrastructure construction of streets and utilities has been completed and the lots are now available for purchase.
