The beautifully landscaped clubhouse with a newly remodeled kitchen is perfect for small and large gatherings. The clubhouse grounds have two tennis courts, court basketball, swimming pool, wading pool, playground, and lawn area all overlooking a lake. The clubhouse is available for rental to Glenshire/Devonshire property owners. There is a $300 deposit and the rental fee is $30 per hour.
